Positive: The staff were really welcoming and nice. The rooms and bedding were very clean.

Negative: The walls are a bit too thin, breakfast was monotonous. Also some small things are missing, like a trash bin, hooks/shelf in the toilet, the mirror was... weirdly placed.

Positive: Firstly, I was coming with lower expectations considering the cost of the stay. However, as soon as, I entered the hotel the owner Zakiy gave us warm welcome treating with bardak tea and local coffee. Moreover, every day after our trip he asked what places we visited and even recommended good places to see and cafes that worth visiting. If you leave your keys at the reception, they give a room clean. We were given one of the best rooms, before that he let me see all the available rooms and pick the one I liked. The hotel is fresh and recently opened. Zakiy, the owner, even helped me to place the luggages into the taxi. He is good person who really cares about visitors, which you do not usually receive in high end hotels. Definitely, the place to visit one more time, rooms are clean and the location is not that far from sightseeings. 5-10 mins of walking to the main tram T1. The district is also good for buying baklavas for cheaper price, while the same product may cost 2-3 times more in other places. If you have problems with language, there is a guy called Fazil who speaks Russian and English too

Negative: Many say that the walls are thin, but we used to come very late and did not even feel the noise. Once, our room neighbors changed, they were a little noisy but I kindly asked them to be a little silence, so I never had problems with noise.

Summary: Definitely, liked the warm welcome and place, worth staying especially for first time visitors to Istanbul

Positive: The room was very big and the bed comfortable, the front desk person was very nice and accomidating

Negative: Elevator did not work for a few days when i got there and the bathroom did not match photos. Also, construction next door very loud
